The Fun Stuff

Entertainment is everywhere—movies, music, social media trends. But how does God see it? Simple: Is it drawing you closer to Him or pulling you away?

Philippians 4:8 tells us to focus on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. That doesn’t mean all entertainment is bad, but it does mean we should filter what we consume. If it glorifies sin, normalizes rebellion, or dulls your spiritual sharpness, it’s not just “fun”—it’s dangerous.

God isn’t against joy, creativity, or culture
